Fat Burning Keto Chocolate Pudding:

This is keto chocolate pudding recipe is raw, gluten-free, low-carb paleo approved superfood combo.  The explosive taste and texture of this chocolate pudding is highly addictive (in a good way!)  It is ideal to get about 80% of your daily food intake raw.

This pudding tastes amazing and helps balance your hormones giving you better energy, fat burning & muscle building properties, mental clarity and staving off hunger and the desire to eat.   This recipe satisfies 1-2 individuals but can be multiplied so the whole family can enjoy.

Keto Chocolate Pudding

Prep

Total

Yield 1 cup

Ingredients:

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Tbsp. of fresh ground flax, hemp or chia seed
  • Additional Stevia for taste - I recommend pure stevia in a liquid dropper

(This recipe can also be used with a grain-free almond flour or coconut flour based pie crust for a raw chocolate pudding cake.)

Directions:

Step #1:  Put all ingredients together into a blender and spine it until whipped up.  Be sure you have enough almond/coconut milk in it to make it blend smoothly.

Step #2:  You may need to scrape protein and cacao powders off of the side to ensure they don't clump into the side of the blender.

Step #3:  Great to serve this with berries or in a grain-free pie crust.

  1. Can I make a large batch of this one day and eat off of it through the week? I know that avocados go bad relatively quickly when out of the skin, so I didn’t know if it did something to the pudding if storing in the fridge for a few days. Thank you!

  2. Good thought…but with this recipe you want to eat it within 3-4 hours max. Otherwise the avocados will spoil.

        1. I make up several servings and enjoy
it over the next 2-4 days. Tastes as good last day as first. Same with bone broth avacado spinach morning smoothie, stays yummy and fluffy the next day. Saves a little kitchen time.

    1. I have made this in large batches and put a daily serving in Mason jars, then freeze. Take them out in the morning, then a couple of hours later, they are ready to eat. Did this for a couple of years without any issues!

  3. I love this and used to make it a lot, but I have developed a sensitivity to coconut oil and milk. Can you suggest what I might use as substitutes?

        1. I have a sensitivity to coconut oil – it sends my LDL through the roof! I always sub olive oil, avocado oil or ghee in any recipe without problems. For this recipe though I didn’t add any oil. The one avocado provides 21g fat, well within Keto specs.
I’ve also done this recipe without any protein powder, it turned out fine. And I’ve used collagen powder with perfect results. For a truly thick pudding consistency I’ve added 1-2 tsp psyllium powder. So this is obviously a very easy, forgiving recipe that is my absolute favorite go-to when I want something sweet and creamy. Thank you Dr Jockers!
