I definitely cannot tolerate high fodmops foods, have gluten sensitivity, increasingly worse IBS symptoms, etc. Is your special program that you are offering for $97 a keto/low fodmop diet, assuming? Would it be easy enough for me to follow a keto/low fodmop diet on my own based on your guidelines, without doing your special program?
