i made these cookies and although i was excited with the ingredients once cooked they turned rubbery in texture and were a bit disappointing – they didnt look one bit like the picture here! first of all the misture was just crumbs so had to add a bit more water, they looked so far really good but as i say once in the oven it was down hill…
But there are other recipes i like of yours just I didnt really get on with this one too well.
