Hey Barbara, The topping is the yogurt noted in the recipe. There are 4 net carbs per pancake but I don’t recommend 7 pancakes as 1 serving. Blessings!

7 pancakes, that would be 42 carbs. What was the white thing on top of the 7 pancakes
along with blueberries. Not worth the effort or the carbs.

Used a 1/4 tsp of baking powder instead of an 1/8. Makes a bit thicker batter which holds up better. Excellent!
