Keto Cheesecake Bombs

Yield 8 bombs
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup almond butter, softened
2 squirts liquid stevia
1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, cream cheese and stevia together. Mix together until well combined.
Step 2: Scoop small 1 tbsp balls onto prepared plate and dip into crusted chocolate chips. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
Step 3: Store in airtight container in freezer.

Special Notes:
We are using an organic, pasture-raised dairy cream cheese as the base for this recipe. If you have a dairy sensitivity, you can instead use a dairy free cream cheese. You can get this cashew cheese spread or a coconut cream based cream cheese here.
If you have a food sensitivity to almond butter, you can use cashew butter or peanut butter instead. We use the Lily’s brand chocolate chips which are flavored with stevia and erythritol. If you struggle with either of these sweeteners you can always use unsweetened baking chocolate.
