In reply to hendrik coetzer. Check for MTHFR gene mutation. Could be methylation issue. Also, MMA better biomarker than regular blood serum test for Vitamin B deficiency.

Sorry to hear about this Angela! You may have a stomach ulcer. This is the most common reason for stomach pain on H Pylori protocol. I would advise reading this article and trying in the Gastro Soothe product https://drjockers.com/stomach-ulcers-causes-natural-solutions/

While we try to provide a protocol that will work for the majority of folks, everyone is unique and different. It is possible you are having a bad reaction to one of the ingredients – it may be the grapefruit seed extract in the GI Regulator. I would try to isolate the supplement (try taking out the GI Regulator first) that seems to be causing this and keep it out of your protocol. More than likely we have a suitable replacement as we have multiple different products that overlap in what they do.

Hi Dr. Jockers,
I bought all the supplements and I followed the protocol outlined in the article for treating H pylori ( confirmed through blood test; over the years I tried to get rid off this bacteria with antibiotics, but it seems that it came back). I took your treatment for 2 weeks and I interrupted because I started to feel unwell. I jumped right away on a bone broth fasting for 4 days ( with no meds), and after 1 day break I restarted the protocol. I started to have very strong stomach pain and feel very bad! Are these regular side effects from meds?! It seems I have to cancel the whole treatment because of pain. I feel very sorry and disappointed for that… What would you recommend or what are your thoughts?! Thank you!

In reply to Evelyn. Hey Evelyn, You can do a combination of the Gastro Soothe, Pepti-Guard and the GI Clear which will get the biofilm and the H Pylori together. Do 4-6 weeks - Take 2 caps of each of these, 2 times daily away from meals. You can take them all together if it works well for you.

Hi Dr,

Should I do your biofilm protocol for 14 days before starting treatment for h pylori? I think (I know) I have the most resistant h pylori! Have been fighting this infection for almost 2 yrs and after 2 rounds of antibiotics and a few natural protocols I think I need to remove a BIOFILM from my body before taking more of the natural supplements, herbs etc. Thank you

Hello dr. Hi, my girlfriend has had Roux-en-Y gastric bypass about 13 years ago.. She also just went into remission from bone cancer… The chemo has literally damaged what stomach she has.. She recently just got diagnosed with H pylori and her docs are not into any natural remedies and only antibiotics.. I understand she may needs those as a quick fix but ultimately it’s only gonna work so long before it comes back.. She has also passed this on to me as it can be transmitted through salvia..
