Dr. Jockers,
I had a total knee replacement in April of 2024. I have had pain ever since the surgery and after an MRI and a CT Scan, I have been diagnosed with joint effusion, patellar tendinosis and suprapatellar bursal thickening. Would taking Inflam Defense help me fight the inflammation caused by this surgery?

I love this article, I have had pain around and above my belly botton that then moves to my right side around the IC valve, i get intense pain, nauseousness for abut 5-6 hours and then it passes with just a sharp pain in my right side. I thought it was appendix but its always once a month so bizarre no pattern it can be before a meal or after bit sometimes neither. I do get a fever could this be IC valve?

Can you kindly tell me if one can have too much Vitamin D3 please? I have a sister-in-law telling me quite strongly that I shouldn’t be taking so much as I could damage the liver or kidney, I cannot recall now which she said. I haven’t read anything or told anything about this before. I don’t believe we can, but would like to hear your comment please.

Thanks for another informative article. I have information that Vitamin D supplements (and other common supplements) are in fact toxins to our system because they are made from regular industrial chemicals into a molecule we think equates to Vit D . I think this is possible because isolating a molecule that we think is Vit D may not be so simple. Vit D is naturally synthesised in our body by a complex process and probably involves other contributing substances, processes and/or factors, some unknown to us, so creating a molecule in a lab and consuming it may not be the same. Just like isolating one active ingredient from a food and taking it as a supplement does not take into account the other synergistic substances in the food that combine with what we perceive as the ‘active ingredient’ to achieve the benefits we get from it.

What is your stance on this?

LOVE THIS!
I just winged it the recipe!
I had regular butter
Added extra lemon juice n coconut flakes

Then i ptessef into a small plastic tray
Placed in FREEZER
Made the glaze rub powdered sugar and lemon juice and a little stevia

Poured glaze on bar tray and
Topped with more coconut!!
Cut into pieces and froze again.

Perfect!!

Hello,

My ratios are very off with regards to HDL and LDL and triglycerides. My HDL is 105 and LDL is 85. I thought it was good to have elevated HDL. How can I bring down my HDL or bring up my LDL? My triglycerides are 51. I am a 52 yr old female. Thank you!

Hi. Loved this article. My mum had bowel cancer 12yrs ago when she was 70yrs old. She refused chemotherapy & through her naturopath she healed it naturally using raw cloves, raw apricot kernels plus a few other herbs & of course ate a healthy diet. She is now 82yrs old and still cancer free. Her doctor told her she’ll die if she doesn’t have chemotherapy, so glad she didn’t listen to their advice. Much better to heal naturally than to poison yourself with toxic chemicals.
