Special Notes:
Feel free to replace the goat cheese with a dairy-free version or dairy-free feta cheese like this here. The feta also adds a great flavor to the recipe. If you have trouble finding turkey sausage, you can also substitute chicken or beef sausage. We always recommend getting organic and pasture-raised animal products.

Dr Jockers Comments:
This turkey sausage omelette is a blood sugar-stabilizing and fat-burning meal with a fantastic savory flavor that you will love. You can enjoy this for breakfast, dinner or anytime you like. It is full of healthy fats, protein, and carminative herbs to support digestive health.
Eggs are rich in healthy fats such as omega-3 fatty acids and the fat-soluble nutrients vitamins A, D, E, K2, and brain-supportive nutrients such as phosphatydlcholine and serine and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). The parsley and thyme both taste great and these herbs strongly support liver function and healthy bile flow for optimal digestion.
